First Monday in the room together. Started with our group warm up which led on to further work into our physical exploration. Passed vowel sounds across a circle whilst trying to not plan or preempt what we were sending, just letting what you receive influence what you sent. Walked around the room leading from different part of our bodies. Pretty sure I naturally lead from my solar plexus. We also had a debrief from our designer, Sorcha, who showed us what she’s worked on so far including a swish table for us to start playing with. Love new toys.
