Day 2: Trance

If you’ve ever felt your dreaming but awake at that the same, asleep but can also hear everything around you, that’s how I felt in the session today. It was a chance to connect to our bodies, breath, and mind. We ended up in a state of meditation, lying on the floor and feeling the breath in every part of our body. After doing this for long enough, I felt myself going into a trance like state as if I was dreaming. I came in and out of this and was always brought back into the room through the sound of Ricky’s breath track. Quite nice to take the time to just sit in your body and breathe, I recommend.
